Fall inward as you explore outward
Come see the colour changing magic of the beautiful golden larches. There is only a 2 to 3 week window every year to see these stunning trees shift from green to a warm golden orange. Together we will explore the magnificent golden larch meadow up Frosty Mountain, feast on delicious food, practice different styles of yoga, meditate, practice breath work, swim and leave feeling more connected, grounded and harmonious inside.
As this time of year daylight is as long as night, we will be working with the energy of the fall season to embrace our own dark and light. The balance of our complexities to embrace all parts of us and tap into our innate wisdom and full potential. I cannot wait to explore with you.
Included:
All meals - hearty, nutrient dense and delicious. Each meal is selected with intention to ensure your body is nurtured and fuelled to explore. Your taste buds will be tantalized and your tummies will be full. Food is something that enhances the experience. As a self-proclaimed “foodie”, I have scoured high and low to make sure you get the good stuff.

What you will need to bring
Proper Footwear: hiking boots are be a must. Good tread will give you traction on the frosty ground. You are on your feet a long time so ankle support is recommended. Don’t test new boots on this guy. Please make sure they are worn in :)
Good Socks: blisters are a thing. Make sure you have good hiking socks. In my experience merino wool socks are optimal in performance, functionality and comfort.
Hiking Backpack: to carry your food, water, snacks, extra socks, medications, sunscreen, sun glasses, hat, electrolytes, bandaids, gloves, and anything else you may need while we are out there.
Overnight Gear: the necessities you would need for a weekend away. Some comfy cozies, bathing suit, towel, touque, gloves, bathroom supplies, flip flops and anything you can think of. Please note: it will be fall and it gets cold up there. Please dress in layers. Gloves, touques, a warm puffer jacket and warm socks are a must. You are better to have to layer off than be cold. The weather changes drastically up the mountain.
Smiles and an open mind and heart.
Preparation is a key component to your experience.
This will be a weekend filled with adventure, connection, laughter, sweat and smiles.
This will also be a big weekend for your body physically and mentally. Preparation is key. Start getting your hiking legs going now. Start hydrating a week before. Rest. Stretch. Avoid an intense workout before the hike or anything that could alter the state of your bodies ability to hike 22km.
In preparation of this weekend, it’s best to have several advanced hikes throughout the year.
