Hiking Levels Guide

Easy: Flat with very minimal elevation gain.  A little more oomph than a walk. Let's say a "hilly walk" :)

Moderate: This will get your heart rate up with a little glisten on your skin.  Expect to have steep sections and possibly climb over trees and boulders. If you have knee issues, please bring poles.

Difficult: You will sweat. While these hikes are not technically challenging, you will definitely get a challenge. These hikes are not for first time hikers unless you are a fitness lover and do a lot of stairs :) Basically, natures stair masters. Expect a lot of steep sections.  If you have knee issues, these guys are not recommended. Hiking poles are a great addition.  Please climb Elk Mountain first to see how your body handles the elevation and degree of incline. Something to work up to as a summer goal and will blow your socks off with views.
