I have been practicing yoga since I was 11 and teaching since 2009. I was the yoga ambassador for Lululemon High Street. The intention in my classes are to create a space for everyone. To offer fun experiences to bring people together to connect in the community. My classes are playful, fun and suitable for all levels of yogis. Numerous Certifications between 2009 to current. Yoga, Yin, Meditation, Breath work.
