Yoga & Flow

I have been practicing yoga since I was 11 and teaching since 2009. I am currently the yoga ambassador for Lululemon Highstreet. The intention in my classes are to create a space for everyone. To offer fun experiences to bring people together to connect in the community. My classes are playful, fun and suitable for all levels of yogis.
